Nothing in this policy is intended to affect your statutory rights.

RETURNS

Our goodwill returns policy entitles you to an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return under our goodwill policy, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused and in the same condition that they were received in.
  • Must be in the original packaging.
  • Complete with all documents, certificates, guarantees and purchase receipts that were received with the items.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on bespoke orders, personalised, adjusted or otherwise altered items.

Our promise to exchanges or refunds do not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

In the unlikely event that the goods supplied were not as described or your purchase is found to be faulty or not fit for purpose, Pure Wellness shall commit to either fully refund the purchase price , or repair the faulty item,or provide a replacement, or provide alternate goods of the same value. The decision of which option is offered is entirely at the discretion of Pure Wellness and shall be communicated to you in writing. Please note all items that are claimed to be not as described or not fit for purpose are subject to examination by Pure Wellness or by one of our associates.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and fully inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days of receipt and inspection of items.

For international transactions or credit/debit cards we will not be held liable for any fluctuations in currency exchange rates.

Additionally we will not be held responsible for the refund of any taxes or third party fees you have paid.

SALE ITEMS 

Unfortunately refunds or exchanges will not be offered on sale / discontinued items.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your purchase for an alternative item, please email us at info@purewellness.gi, providing as much information as possible. Exchanges will be offered so long as the criteria outlined above is satisfied.

SHIPPING 

To return your product, send us an email at info@purewellness.gi informing us of your intention to return a product. Once your email has been acknowledged you should send or bring in the product to Pure Wellness, 9 Parliament Lane, GX11 1AA Gibraltar.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

For international returns, it is recommended that you should consider using a trackable postal/courier service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
