ushi’s Vegan-Biotic complex contains a blend friendly bacteria and delivers 10 billion cfu per 3 tablet dose.
The bacteria in our own custom Total Biotic blend contains key beneficial strains such as are usually found in favourite fermented foods such as Kefir:
- Lactobacillus acidophilus,
- Bifidobacterium bifidum,
- Streptococcus thermophilus,
- Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus,
- Lactobacillus helveticus,
Fushi’s complex also includes fructo-oligosaccharide or FOS, a soluble fibre that promotes the growth of friendly bacteria in the bowel.
